We designed and built Logistix.delivery from scratch: a vertical proprietary ecosystem for last-mile logistics automation. The architecture is a central dashboard that coordinates live operations — from a custom algorithm for automatic driver-route optimisation, to millimetric shipment tracking, through to the digitalisation and reconciliation of operational cash flows. A lean, scalable platform built to zero latency between backend and field staff.

Logistix.delivery turned a historically chaotic, fragmented process into an efficient, highly profitable digital asset. Businesses on the platform cut third-party commissions immediately, slash average delivery times through route optimisation, and gain full visibility on fleet performance and the real margin of every shipment.
